摘要
本文以自制的PVC膜四苯硼酸根电极为指示电极、SCE为参比电极、三参数法处理数据、一阶微商法求化学计量点,研究建立了电位滴定法测定新型季铵盐类植物生长剂HETADS,HETADBS的新方法。结果表明,滴定灵敏度为10^(-3)mol/L,相对标准偏差分别为1.75%(n=10)和1.73%(n=8)。本法结果准确,操作简便.可用于植物生长剂合成产率的测定和产品质量的检验以及实际使用时喷洒浓度的控制等。在研制四苯硼酸根电极时分别试验了空白膜电极和两种活性膜电极,实验表明三庚基十二烷基碘化铵活性膜电极为好。本文还研究表明温度较低时电位滴定曲线较好。
In this paper, a potentiometric titration method to determine the two novel plant growth regulaters HETADS and HETADBS has been studied. A coated carbon PVC membrane TPB- electrode prepared by ourself was used as indicator electrode, SCE as reference electrode. The chemometric point was defined by the first diferential method. The evaluate for measured potentiometric titration curves was done by the three-parameter method.
The results showed that the sensitivity of the titration is 10-3mol/L for HETADS and HETADBS, the relative standard deviations are 1. 75%(n=10) and 1. 73(n = 8),respectively. This method is simple and precise, it can be applied to determine the synthesis output rate, to check the quality of the product and to control the concentrition when spraying in practical applications. We tested a blank membrane and two active membrane electrodes, the experiments indicate that the iodide triheptyldodacyl-ammonium active membrane electrode is the best one. It is also found that the titrition curves are better when at lower temperature.
