摘要
本文针对国内三大移动通信运营商的3G手机推广情况,提出了目前3G发展的3大问题,即:作为运营商,应当如何面对这种大规模的亏损?在3G时代应当如何定位?其盈利模式和盈利对象当如何调整?作者认为,治本的方法应是构建基于即时网络技术之上的流动营销平台,以组织创新为最高准则,实现企业目标、市场需求、产业链结构的全面升级。
Based on the promotion of 3G mobile phone by three domestic mobile operators, This article proposes three major problems of the development of 3G: As operators, how to deal with this massive loss? How to position themselves at the 3G era? How to adjust the profit pattern and profit targets? The authors believe the permanent solutions is to take organization innovation as the highest standard, to build the mobile marketing platform based on the real-time network technology. As a result, the enterprises could achieve the overall upgrade of business goals, market demands and the structure of the industrial chain.
