泡沫病毒Tas蛋白的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 泡沫病毒(Foamyvirus,FV)在自然界分布广泛,可以从多种哺乳动物中分离出来,如非人灵长类动物、牛、马、猫等。虽然泡沫病毒能够引起独特的泡沫样细胞病变效应,并且在培养的细胞中形成合胞体,但是其对宿主的致病性尚不明确,在天然或实验感染的动物体内都不会导致疾病的发生。
