超声诊断胎儿永存左上腔静脉的探讨 被引量：8

摘要 目的:探讨胎儿永存左上腔静脉的超声检查方法及声像图特征。方法:对超声诊断的10例胎儿永存左上腔静脉进行回顾分析。结果:超声诊断的10例胎儿永存左上腔静脉均为Ⅰ型,其中2例合并室间隔缺损,1例合并永存动脉干及室间隔缺损。结论:3VT切面及连续追踪扫查法是诊断胎儿永存左上腔静脉较好的切面及方法。
