患者女，24岁，因体检发现脾肿大12d于2009年11月30日到浙江中医药大学第一医院消化科就诊。体格检查：生命体征平稳，全身浅表淋巴结未及明显肿大，心肺无殊，腹平软，无压痛，肝肋下2cm，质软，有触痛，
