摘要
运用SEM、EDS、XRD、TEM和岛津AG-I250KN精密万能材料试验机对ZA27合金组织、拉伸断口、高温力学性能及不同时间时效的微观组织进行研究。获得合金的组织和变质处理对合金力学性能的影响;ZA27合金等温时效60 s后,饱和固溶体中存在调幅分解组织。
By SEM、EDS、XRD、TEM and Shimadzu AG-I250KN precision universal testing machine,the metallurgical structure and pattern of fracture and mechanical properties of the Zn-Al alloy under high temperature as well as the structure of the alloy after aging for different times were systematically studied.The structure of Zn-Al alloy at room-temperature and the effect of modification on the properties were investigated.For ZA27,after ageing for 60 s,the structure of amplitude decomposition existed in the supersaturated solid solution.
