摘要 针对华菱湘钢生产的10B21冷镦钢,通过调整合金成分和优化连铸生产工艺,获得了良好的连铸坯表面质量,以及满足冷镦力学性能要求的盘条。研究表明,连铸坯的表面质量和材料的高温脆性密切相关,通过降低拉坯速度、减少二冷配水比水量,以及降低Al含量、Mn/S比,添加Ti元素,可以提高材料的高温塑性,明显改善10B21连铸坯表面质量,提高冷镦合格率。 The influence of alloy composition and continuous casting process on 10B21 cold heading steel was studied and optimized to get a good billet surface quality and mechanical properties to meet the requirements of cold heading wire rod.Results show that,billet surface quality and high-temperature brittle materials are closely related by reducing the casting speed and flow of secondary cooling water and lower Al content,Mn/S ratio as well as add Ti element,can improve the material of high temperature plastic significantly and improved 10B21 slab surface quality with increasing qualified rate in cold forging.
