摘要
考虑到温度的控制特性,以及常规PID控制器参数整定方法不能获得满意控制性能的问题,提出了一种基于模糊自整定参数的PID算法。针对隶属度函数对模糊推理模型的精度影响和控制算法的特点,建立了模糊PID控制参数规则调整表。该方法不仅具有模糊控制的动态性能好、上升时间快和超调小的特点,而且具有PID控制器的鲁棒性好、动态跟踪品质高和稳态精度高的特性。结合实际的温度控制系统,对水的三相点、沸点以及水温进行了测试与控制,得到了实际控制的温度数据。
Considering the characteristics of temperature control of conventional PID controller which can't obtain satisfactory control performance,this paper puts forward a method based on fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm of parameters.According to the membership functions about the precision of fuzzy reasoning and the characteristic of algorithm,a rule of adjusting the fuzzy PID control parameters was build.This method not only has the characteristics of the good dynamic performance,rise time quick and small overshoot,but also has the characteristics of good robustness,high tracking accuracy and high quality.Combined with the actual temperature control system,the triple point and boiling point of water have tested,and have an experiment of controlling the water temperature.Finally,the actual data of controlling temperature could be obtained.
