摘要
陕西工业职业技术学院材料成型与控制专业积极响应教育部"工学结合"高职人才培养模式改革的号召,通过与行业企业合作,定位专业人才培养目标、开发基于工作过程系统化的课程体系及专业核心课程、实行顶岗实习等教学改革,形成了本专业独特的全真载体、实境训能的"352"工学结合人才培养模式,提高了教学质量和人才培养的效果。
Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute Material Molding and Control Engineering responding to the Ministry of Education "Combine Work with Study" to reform Mode of Training Talents of High Vocational Education,have formed unique true carrier、training ability in true situation "352" Mode of Training Talents combining work with study by cooperating with industry and business to define Cultivating Aim on the Talented,to develope the systematic curriculum system based on work process and core curriculum based on work process and to implement workplacements.They improved the quality of instruction and talent training.
