环境材料视野下的中国铸造业

Environmental Materials Foundry Industry in China Perspective

环境材料是近年来新兴的一个概念,是材料业未来必然的发展方向。本文在环境材料的视野下探讨了铸件产品的制造过程。从资源能源消耗和污染排放等方面分析了我国铸造行业全生命周期的环境影响。在环境材料观点之下,分析了我国铸造行业已有的环境材料化优势,也指出了与环境材料要求不相符之处。最后就促进铸件生产走向环境材料之路提出了一点建议。

Ecomaterial is a new concept nowadays.It＇s the certain direction of the developing of material industry.This article discussed the production of casting in the view of ecomaterial.On resourse using and pollutants disposing,it analyzed the whole lifetime environmental impact of foundry industry in China.In the point of ecomaterial,it analyzed the advantage of foundry to become an industry of ecomaterial,and also weakness.It also gave some advice for the eco-friendly progress of casting in the end of article.
