摘要
在当前国有文艺院团转企改制实践中,国有歌剧院团正面临着一场体制改革风暴,中国歌剧艺术有被整体市场化的危险。从增强国家文化软实力、培植多元多样的文化生态以满足人民群众多层次审美需求的角度出发,如何估计这场文化改革对于歌剧艺术的影响,如何看待甘肃省歌剧院的改革实践及社会意义,是歌剧理论工作者不可推卸的历史责任和时代使命。因此,很有必要,为这场体制改革之成败得失确立几条衡量标准,对我国当下的歌剧院团机制改革和歌剧艺术整体布局提出具体建议。
In the process of transmutation to enterprise currently,state-owned opera troupe is confronting a restructuring storm and at risk overwhelming with the commercial atmosphere. Considering enhancing the cultural soft power of the nation,and fostering diversified cultural ecology so as to meet people's varied aesthetic needs,it becomes a historical responsibility as well as a contemporary mission of opera theorists to estimate the impact exerted by this cultural reformation to opera art,and rightly assess the innovative practice and its social meaning of Gansu provincial opera troupe. Therefore,it is necessary to enact a series of norms as a guide to the performing troupe renovation.
