摘要
欧洲绘画与中国文人绘画有着完全不同的传统,这一道理许多人已经谈到。本文提出,这一差别可以从习画范本中看出,并得到进一步的阐发。文章比较了欧洲中世纪画家维亚尔·德奥涅库尔的《构造:命运之轮》和中国的《芥子园画传》,提出欧洲人学画时强调对几何形式的把握和运用,而中国则像学习书法一样学习绘画要素。因此,欧洲人与中国人有着不同的绘画语汇。这种差异,与欧洲人与中国人的自然观和哲学观的不同有着内在的联系。文章最后提出,中国人是用手来作画,也是用手来欣赏画的,手不仅是眼睛的重要补充,而且对"看"的性质有着深刻的影响。
The tradition of European painting differs much from that of Chinese literati painting,which could be further interpreted from model for painting. With a comparison between Vial's "Construction: Fortune's Wheel" and "Catalog of Chinese Painting",the present article states that when Europeans study painting,they emphasis the comprehension and application of geometric figures,while painting students in China borrow experience from calligraphy. Different natural overview and philosophy in Europe and China could explain disparities of their painting language.
