内心听觉指代人内心中以音乐听觉感知为基础,使以往感知过的音乐、歌唱语音声响在人脑中留下的映像得以现时反映,形成歌唱听觉表象。同时,凭借歌唱记忆力和歌唱想象力,使听觉表象能力得以不断发展并逐步构成完善的听觉意象(内心听觉)。它是对人声歌唱的音响物理声学特征的心理抽象与概括,属于心理听觉范畴概念化的声音观念。尽管不同个体间的内心听觉能力及主、客观听觉有差异,但我们可以通过对不同个体间内心听觉能力及主、客观听觉的差异进行针对性的训练,使其具有随意运用内心听觉的能力,进而对形成美妙歌声发挥至关重要的调控作用。

Inner hearing indicates a psychological music perception,which is a present review of past impression of music and singing sounds once heard. In light of singing memory and imagination,we could gradually perfect our hearing ability and hearing image. Inner hearing is a psychological abstract of physical acoustics features,belonging to the category of psychological hearing and conceptive sound. Although there are disparities in inner hearing ability among different individuals,one could excellently control his or her voice through long-time training.
