摘要
超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维因其优良的超强度与模量、低密度和耐药品性等,国内外都发展很快,生产规模已跃居世界四大高强高模纤维的第三位,而应用研究和市场开发也取得了长足的进步。由于它是重要的高科技纤维品种,建议我国在“十五”期间能形成百t/a级的生产规模,而纤维强度至少达到31cN/dtex,直径低于8μm。同时,应加大应用研究和市场开发力度。
The world's UHMWPE fiber has develop rapidly because of it's excellent ultrahigh strength and modulus, low density and good chemicals resistance, etc. The wholecapacities have rised to the third in the world's high strength and high modulus fibers, theresearch in application and marketing development made rapid progress. It is one of theimportant high-tech fiber, so there are some suggestions to put forward for our countrythat the production scale should rise to several hundred is/a and the strength of the fiberreach to above 31cN/dtex, the diameter of these fibers should at least decrease to 8 mduring 2000-2005. The applications research and marketing development should bestrengthen in our country.
