摘要
高压神经综合征(high pressure nervous syndrome, HPNS)是机体在较高压强下出现的与神经系统功能障碍有关的一系列症状和体征,以运动障碍(如震颤和肌肉抽搐)、脑电图变化、视觉障碍、眩晕、恶心和嗜睡等为特征。HPNS已成为限制潜水深度的主要医学问题,其发病机制和防治措施成为目前潜水医学研究的前沿问题。
