不同龈瓷对金属烤瓷修复体颜色的影响

The effect of different surrounding gingival porcelain on the color of metal ceramic prostheses

目的了解不同周边牙龈瓷对金属烤瓷修复体颜色的影响,为临床陶瓷类修复体的正确比色及颜色的准确展现提供实验依据。方法利用A2及A4色体瓷与深、浅牙龈瓷分别组合制作实验组试件,利用A2及A4色体瓷制作相应对照组试件,以分光光度计测试有无龈瓷的实验组及相应对照组试件的颜色。结果体瓷在牙龈瓷周边色的影响下,与原体瓷对照组色度值相比,L*值降低、a*值增加、b*值减小、C*ab降低、H0ab降低,所有色度值变化均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论周边牙龈瓷对金属烤瓷修复体颜色有影响,龈瓷颜色不同,对体瓷影响也不同。

Objective To investigate the effects of varied surrounding gingival porcelains on the color of metal ceramic prostheses,so as to provide experimental reference to correct clinical color matching. Methods Porcelain disks were prepared with A2 and A4 opaque combined with pink and dark pink gingival porcelain respectively.The color of the experimental and the control group disks were measured with a PR650 spectrum colorimeter. Results Compared with the control group,the color of dentin with surrounding gingival porcelain changed： There was a decrease of L＊,b＊,C＊ab and H0ab and an increase of a＊,with significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion There exists an influence of surrounding gingival porcelains on dentin porcelains,with different surrounding gingival porcelains leading to different influence.
