摘要
本文报道用玻璃钢制备声纳探测器复合材料件的研究工作,内容包括选材、成型工艺、性能测试和装配等,所研制的复合材料件质量好,性能满足产品要求,成功地通过了风洞试验。
Developing three composite parts i.e. stablization ring,fin plate and protection plate for sonar probe application at sea is a part of one R & D program in military area.The composite parts should have good strength,stiffness,anti-ero-sion property to sea water and size precision for assembly,and stablization ring requires better impact property.Three kinds of glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites are selected to fabricate three sonar probe parts in this paper.Reseasch work includes resin formulation, fabric selection,lay-up design,moulding process,properties and assembly.The developed composite parts detected to have good quality can meet the needs of sonar probe and have passed the test of wind tunnel.
