摘要
研究了不同规格的M2高速钢经不同工艺奥氏体化处理后的组织和性能。结果表明,较低温度(1150℃)奥氏体化时,原材料规格(即碳化物不均匀度)和奥氏体化时间对淬火晶粒度和抗弯强度的影响不大;1210℃奥氏体化时间对淬火晶粒度和抗弯强度影响很大;1210℃长时间奥氏体化对淬火晶粒度和抗弯强度的影响大于原材料规格的影响。
The microstructure and property of M2 high speed steel of different sizes were investigated after being austenitized by different processes.The results are as follows:(a)The size of raw material or nonuniformity of carbide and the austenitizing time have no appreciable influence on the as-quenched grain size and the bending strength while being austenitized at lower temperature of 1150 ℃;(b) The austenitizing time has considerable influence on the as-quenched grain size and the bending strength while being austenitized at 1210 ℃;(c) The long-time austenitizing at 1210 ℃ has more considerable influence on the as-quenched grain size and the bending strength than the size of raw material.
