混杂纤维增强酚醛热固性注塑料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用短切混杂纤维增强酚醛热固性注塑料成型汽车电器零件换向器,提高了换向器耐光轴过盈配合时受到的最大应力。在扫描电镜下观察换向器断口分析其破裂方式。结果表明混杂纤维中由于有机纤维对主裂纹的发展有阻碍作用,延缓了主裂纹的增长速度,使其它裂纹在制件失效前有更多的发展。因此拨出的纤维长度增加,吸收的能量增多,材料的冲击强度,弯曲强度相应提高,换向器的耐光轴17μm 过盈强度试验,在上海电器总厂试验成功。 s The electrical component exchanger of motorcar was moulded with short hybrid fibers reinforced thermoset phenolic injection moulding compound,and the maximum stress acted on the exchanger under overcharge state was thereafter increased.The fracture and fracture model of the exchanger were studied by means of SEM.The results showed the speed of the main crack grawth was retarded due to the hindrance to the main craze by the organic fiber in the hybrid fibers,making the craze developing before the component ceased to be in action.The increase of the fiber length increased the absorption of energy and improved the impact and bending strength of the compound.
