新型高效流变润滑剂LUB和多元复合稳定剂SW对UPVC管材挤出性能的影响

Effects of New High Performance Lubricant LUB and Composite Stabilizer WS on Extrusion of UPVC Pipe

介绍润滑剂ＬＵＢ 和复合稳定剂ＳＷ 对ＵＰＶＣ 管材挤出性能的影响。结果表明加入ＬＵＢ 以后，ＵＰＶＣ 的流动性改善，挤出管材外观光滑，最佳用量为０ ．５ ～１ ．０ＰＨＲ。ＬＵＢ 和ＳＷ 并用对加工性的改进较ＬＵＢ 与温州３００ 复合铅、ＬＵＢ与广洋Ｒ－ ２０９ 稀土明显。

The effects of Lubricant LUB and composite Stabilizer WS on the extrusion of UPVC pipe are introduced.The results showed the use of LUB improved the flowability of UPVC,resulting in smooth appearance of the extruded pipe,and the optimum contents of LUB was 0.5～1.0PHR.The synergistic effect of LUB with WS on the processability was obviously better than those of LUB with Wenzhou Lead Composite 300 and LUB with Guangyang Rare Earth R-209.
