摘要
介绍了零件的工艺分析并计算了零件的毛坯直径,介绍了该零件落料—冲孔—拉伸多工位级进模结构特点及排样方案。经多年来生产验证,该模具结构合理、可靠、拉料装置稳定,并能保证零件的质量,对同类零件的模具设计有一定的借鉴作用。
The technological analysis and the calculation of the blank diameter for the part were introduced,the structure characteristics and the layout of the blanking-punching-drawing multi-position progressive die for the part were introduced.Through many years the production is proved,this die had a rational,reliable and stable of the pull-device.It can guarantee of high quality for the part,it had a certain reference for the similar part die design.
