摘要
水资源越来越受到人们的重视,节约用水已成为当今的一个热点话题。其中,由于农业用水效率比较低,节约农业用水量成为节水的一个重要途径,因此节水灌溉也越来越受到重视。节水灌溉工程是一个综合的投入、产出过程,要确定一个大型的节水灌溉工程要考虑诸多方面的因素。本文采用模糊物元模型,对不同节水灌溉方案进行评价,并通过熵法确定指标的权重,充分挖掘数据自身的信息,使评价更加准确、合理。
There are more and more attention on water resources,saving water has become a hot topic today.Due to the low efficiency of agricultural water,saving agricultural water become one of the important ways of water conservation,water-saving irrigation,therefore,has attracted more attention.Water-saving irrigation engineering is a comprehensive input-output process,there are many factors to consider in a large water saving irrigation engineering.This paper adopts fuzzy matter-element model to evaluate different water-saving irrigation schemes,and entropy method is used to determine the weights,it fully exploits information of index data itself,and makes the evaluation more accurate and reasonable.
