摘要
以厨余垃圾和活性污泥为原料,考察了不同接种比例对厌氧发酵产物挥发性脂肪酸组分及其产量、气体组分、pH和COD去除率的影响。结果表明,当厨余垃圾和活性污泥接种比例为4∶1时,乙酸和VFA产量在第4 d达到最大值9.34 g/L和15.13 g/L,其中VFA中乙酸占60%(质量分数)以上,气体组分中CO2是主要成分,COD去除率达到36.8%,pH并没有发生较大的波动,其变化幅度在4-6之间。
Using kitchen garbage and activated sludge as Anaerobic fermentation materials,the influence of different inoculate proportions on the volatile fatty acids(VFA) production,the VFA components,gas composition,pH and COD removal rate of the anaerobic fermentation product were observed.The result showed that the yield of acetic acid and VFA in the fourth day could reach the maximum of 9.34 g/L and 15.13 g/L which acetic acid accounted for 60% of VFA,CO2 was the main gas composition,and the removal rate of COD reached 36.8%.There was not much difference of pH which kept in 4-6.
