摘要
为解决扬子石化水厂平流式重力浓缩池处理量小和浓缩效率低的问题,将PTA废水剩余污泥重力浓缩工艺改造为闭环式的涡凹气浮(CAF)浓缩工艺,并对相关工艺条件进行了系统的研究。与传统的重力浓缩工艺相比,改造工艺的污泥的处理量增加了近10倍,且含水率下降5%,出水上清液悬浮物浓度下降20倍左右。本文提出的工艺条件关联关系为实际装置的生产运行提供了依据。
To solve the problems of pool capacity and low efficiency in concentrating sludge of PTA wastewater in flat streaming gravity process of Yangzi water plant,gravity concentration was reformed into cavitations-air flotation.Compared with the traditional process,the new one provides a 10 times capacity of sludge concentration with a 5% lower water content in settled sludge.Suspending particles in upper layer water decreased by nearly 20 times.The relevancies between different operating factors developed in this paper can be applied as bases to design practical operation.
