分散聚合法制备抗盐耐温性丙烯酰胺-对苯乙烯磺酸钠共聚物 被引量:9

Synthesis of Temperature and Salt Tolerant Flooding Acrylamide Sodium Styrene Sulfonate Copolymer by Dispersion Copolymerization

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)为主体、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)为功能单体,采用分散聚合法合成了P(AM-SSS)———驱油剂。利用检测产物相对分子质量和单体转化率的手段考察了影响共聚反应的各因素和变化规律,并通过测试P(AM-SSS)盐溶液表观黏度的方法对产品进行了综合的抗盐耐温性能评价。P(AM-SSS)合成的较佳条件:V(叔丁醇)∶V(水)=1∶1、初始单体含量w(AM+SSS)=20%(基于体系质量)、w(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)=6%(基于单体总质量)、w(过硫酸钾)=0.25%(基于单体总质量)、w(SSS)=15%(基于单体总质量)、75℃、6h;在此条件下合成的P(AM-SSS)的相对分子质量最大,单体转化率最高且具有较优异的抗盐耐温性能。 A oil displacement agent-P (AM-SSS) copolymer was synthesized by dispersion copolymerization of acrylamide (AM) as the main monomer with the functional monomer, sodium styrene sulfonate (SSS). Factors effecting the dispersion copolymerization were investigated by determining the relative molecular mass of the copolymer and the monomer conversion. The temperature and salt tolerance of the product copolymer was evaluated by detecting the apparent viscosity of the copolymer salt solution. The results showed that the copolymer had the maximum relative molecular mass and the excellent temperature and salt tolerance under the conditions: polymerization time 6 h, polymerization temperature 75 ℃, 20% (mass fraction) monomer (based on the system), V(tert-butyl alcohol): V(H2O) 1 : 1, 6% (mass fraction) polyvinyl pyrrolidone as the dispersant(based on the total monomer mass, the same below), 0.25% (mass fraction) potassium persulfate as the initiator and 15% (mass fraction) SSS.
