摘要 根据9-00-20 16PR尼龙载重斜交轮胎使用条件的变化,有针对性地对原设计进行了改进。调整轮廓参数,H1/ H2 的值由0.904 9 改为0.912 5,使断面水平轴上移,减小下胎侧变形;胎圈直径减小1 mm ;胎面花纹采用八脚形;缓冲层由“二窄”结构改为“单宽”结构;胎体采用1870dtex/2 加密帘布。同时,严格控制工艺执行率。改进后,轮胎成品性能符合企业标准,轮胎耐久性能和超负荷性能大大提高。 The original design of 9 00-20 16PR nylon bias truck tire was modified according to the change of their service conditions.The profile parameters changed,i.e. H 1/ H 2 was increased from 0 904 9 to 0 912 5 to shift the horizontal axis upwards and reduce the deformation in lower sidewall region;the bead diameter was decreased by 1 mm;the eight feet tread patterns were used;the single ply wide breaker was used instead of the two narrow ply breaker;and 1870 dtex/2 tightened cord was used in carcass.At same time ,the processing technique was carried out tightly.The endurance and super load capacity of modified tire were improved significantly.
