摘要
心理契约是员工和组织之间的一种隐含的、未公开说明的对相互义务和责任的理解和期望。以心理契约理论为基础,结合80后知识型员工的群体特性,分析80后知识型员工流失的原因,并在此基础上构建了减少80后知识型员工流失的动态模型,以期对管理者如何减少80后知识型员工流失提出建议。
Psychological contract is an implicit and unpublished understanding and expectations on mutual obligations and re- sponsibilities between employees and the organization. Based on the psychological contract theory, combining with the group identity with the post-80 knowledge workers, this paper analyses the reasons of the losses of post-80 knowledge workers and thus constructs the dynamic model for reducing the losses of post-80 knowledge workers so as to propose suggestions for the managers to reduce the losses of post-80 knowledge workers.
