摘要
加强社会工作人才培养,建设一支规模宏大、结构合理、素质优良的社会工作人才队伍,是构建和谐社会的迫切需要。从特有属性角度分析当前我国社会工作人才培养的现状,对于加深认识社会工作人才培养问题,把握社会工作人才培养的规律,走出一条符合社会工作发展规律要求的社会工作人才培养道路,有着重要的意义。
Talent training for social work with big scale, reasonable structure and good quality is of supreme priority to construct a harmonious society. This article analyzes current situation of talent training for social work in present China from the standpoint of specific attributes, which is important to better understanding of talent training for social work problem, grasp the law of talent training for social work and walk out of a road of talent training which fit the development law of social work.
