低碳经济背景下的我国核电发展态势及中小型发展模式研究

Study on the medium and small development model of nuclear power under low-carbon economy in China

低碳经济已成为当前世界各国密切关注的发展问题,作为我国这样一个能源供给紧张、经济高速发展的能源消耗大国,发展核能已成为我国持续发展不可或缺的重要支撑,在大型核电发展的背景下,中、小型核电发展因其独有的优势,渐渐得到重视。本文对世界核电发展及我国核电内陆化发展的态势进行了分析,并围绕投资成本、安全性、核能利用等方面对中小型核电发展模式进行了系统阐述。

Each country in the world has paid close attention to low-carbon economy. Due to China＇s tight energy supply and enormous energy consumption in rapid economic development, to develop nuclear power has become an important support of sustainable development. In the background of large-scale nuclear power development, the medium and small nuclear power, because of its unique advantages, have gradually attracted more attention. The paper has described the status of nuclear power development in the world and inland China. Then,the paper has systematically analysed the development model for the medium and small nuclear power from the aspects of in- vestment cost, safety,and utilization of nuclear energy.
