摘要
目的探讨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎更为有效的治疗方法。方法将60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者按住院治疗的先后顺序随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用关节腔内药物注射透明质酸和中药熏洗疗法。对照组只采用关节腔内透明质酸药物注射。观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征、综合疗效、总有效率以及症状、体征综合积分。结果两组患者治疗前后症状、体征、综合疗效、总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义。两组治疗前后症状、体征综合积分比较:对照组和治疗组的组内治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义;两组治疗前的症状、体征综合积分的组间比较,差异无统计学意义;两组治疗后的症状、体征综合积分的组间比较,差异有统计学意义。结论透明质酸关节内注射配合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,具有止痛和软骨保护作用,优于单用透明质酸关节腔内注射治疗。
Objective To study the treatment knee osteoarthritis more effective treatment methods.Methods All 60 patients in hospital treatment the order of 30 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases.The treatment group using joint lumen injection drug hyaluronic acid and herbal fumigation therapy.The control group only use joint lumen hyaluronic acid injection drug.Observe both groups of patients before and after the treatment symptoms,signs,the total curative effect,the total effective rate and two groups of patients before and after the treatment symptoms,signs,comprehensive integral data statistics processing.Results Two groups of patients before and after the treatment symptoms,signs,the total curative effect,the total effective comparison,and the differences are statistically significant.Two groups of before and after the treatment symptoms and signs in control and comprehensive integral comparison:treatment group within the group compared before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant.The two groups before treatment of symptoms and signs of comprehensive integration between groups,the difference was statistically significant comparative.The two groups after treating the symptoms and signs of comprehensive integration between groups,the difference was statistically significant comparative.Conclusion Hyaluronic acid intra-articular injection with herbal fumigation treatment knee osteoarthritis,with pain and cartilage protective effect,the better results than those of hyaluronic acid articular cavity injection in treatment.
