膜法浓缩从绿苏汁中提取紫苏醛的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用蒸馏法提取和膜法浓缩相结合的方法从绿苏汁中提取紫苏醛,整个生产过程不引入任何有毒物质,保证了产品的天然性和安全性.对馏出液采用纳滤和反渗透膜浓缩的方法进行回收提浓,结果表明:3种膜中,NF-1812-50纳滤膜的透过通量远高于TW30-1812-75和TW30-1812-50 2种反渗透膜.操作压力的变化会显著影响NF-1812-50纳滤膜的操作性能,在0.4 MPa的压力下,NF-1812-50膜达到最大的截留率和产品回收率.适宜的浓缩倍数能明显提高膜的截留性能和产品回收率. Distillation extraction in combination with membrane concentration is drawn up for the extraction of perillaldehyde from leaf juice of Perilla frutescens(L.) Britt.var.acuta f.albiflora,which might be favorable for enterprises because of non-toxic substances introduced into the program thus guaranteeing the product natural and safety.Nanofiltration membrane NF-1812-50 and reverse osmosis membrane,TW30-1812-75 and TW30-1812-50,are subsequently used for the concentration of the distillated solution.The results show that,among the three membranes,the permeate flux of membrane NF-1812-50 is significantly higher than those of the other two membranes.Pressure affects the performance of NF-1812-50 obviously.Under 0.4 MPa,both the rejection of membrane NF-1812-50 and perillaldehyde yield get to maximum values.
