教师有效教学风格的结构与形容词评定问卷编制 被引量:16

摘要 通过查阅文献、开放式问卷调查、访谈等方法提出了教师有效教学风格的结构和形容词评定问卷。以初一至大三年级学生为研究对象,通过调查表明,教师有效的教学风格是一个多维结构,包括幽默活跃型、关爱分享型、严谨逻辑型和创新探索型四个维度;自编的有效教学风格形容词评定问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可作为进一步研究的工具。
