摘要
房地产业作为国民经济的支柱产业不仅使我国国内生产总值不断增长,而且还带动了相关产业的迅猛发展。但近年来我国部分城市房价增长过快,房地产业在发展过程中出现一系列问题。虽然国家已采取了相应的宏观调控措施,但收效不佳。为促进房地产市场平稳健康发展,文章对我国以往宏观调控的措施和效果进行了分析,指出了宏观调控政策存在的问题,并依据房地产业的发展动态对宏观调控政策提出了几点建议。
The real estate industry,as a pillar industry,not only makes China's gross domestic product rise but also promotes the relevant industries to develop rapidly.However,with the overheated increase of property price in some cities in China,some issues show up during the development process.Although some macro-control measures have been taken by the government,the results are not effective.To keep the real estate market developing stable and healthy,the existing problems of the macro-control policies were pointed out and analyzed.Some suggestions were proposed to improve the macro-control measures according to the development trends of the real estate industry.
