摘要
酵母培养物作为饲料添加剂可增加动物的采食量、提高动物的生产性能和繁殖性能,增强畜禽的体质和生存能力。本文就酵母培养物的作用机理及其在养殖业中的应用进行综述。
Yeast culture as feed additive can increase animal feed intake ,improve animal growth and reproductive performance, and enhance the physical and the viability of livestock.The mechanism and applications of yeast culture were reviewed .
