Psychological Analysis and Care of Patients with Stroke

目的探讨心理护理对脑卒中患者的作用。方法将352例脑卒中患者在常规治疗基础上给以心理干预30 d后进行疗效评测,包括神经功能、运动功能、ADL及脑卒中后抑郁状态评定。结果经极积的干预,患者在各项指标上均有明显改善。结论心理干预能显著提高脑卒中患者的治愈率,降低至残率。

Objective To investigate the psychological care of stroke patients.Methods 352 patients with stroke were divided into psychological intervention group and control group,and then give conventional treatment,30 d after the efficacy evaluation,including nerve function,motor function,ADL and the assessment of depression after stroke.Results The indicators of psychological intervention group are better than the control group,and statistically significant.Conclusions Psychological intervention can significantly improve the cure rate of patients with stroke,reduced to residual rate..
