摘要
目的探讨络石藤三萜总皂苷的抗疲劳作用。方法 ICR小鼠72只,随机分成6组。通过小鼠力竭游泳实验制备疲劳模型,络石藤三萜总皂苷以100、200、400 mg/kg的剂量灌胃给药,连续15 d,观察小鼠的体质量变化、负重游泳时间、全血乳酸及血浆尿素氮、丙二醛含量。结果络石藤三萜总皂苷能延长小鼠负重力竭游泳时间,降低定量负荷游泳后全血LD及血浆MDA、BUN含量。结论络石藤三萜总皂苷各剂量组对力竭游泳所致疲劳模型小鼠均有不同程度的抗疲劳作用。
Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect of the total triterpenoid saponins of Trachelospermum Jasminoides(Lindl.) lem on ICR mice.Methods 72 selected male mice(using swimming ability as preliminary screening) were divided randomly into 6 groups.Through the exercise exhaustive mice model,the dosage of total triterpenoid saponins taken by the mice in the experimental groups were 100,200,400 mg/(kg·d).After 15 days,the weight,time of loading swimming,blood lactic acid,blood urea nitrogen,malondialdehyd were determined respectively in mice.Results Total triterpenoid saponins lengthened the time of loading swimming,decreased obviously the contents of blood lactic acid(LD),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and malondialdehyd(MDA).Conclusion Total triterpenoid saponins has anti-fatigue effect.
