摘要
目的测定1′-乙酰氧基胡椒酚乙酸酯片的溶出度。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定含量,λm ax=218 nm,溶出度以小杯法测定,转速50 r/m in,溶出介质为200 m l蒸馏水。结果当1′-乙酰氧基胡椒酚乙酸酯浓度为10100μg/m l时,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=21 941X+9741.2,r2=0.9999(n=3)。30 m in取样,主药溶出标示量90%以上。结论该方法操作简便、快捷、准确、灵敏度高,为1′-乙酰氧基胡椒酚乙酸酯片剂的溶出度测定提供了方法学依据。
Objective To determine the dissolution of 1′-acetoxychavicolacetate.Methods High performance liquid chromatography method was used,with the detection wavelength at 218 nm.The oar method was used to study the dissolution of 1′-acetoxychavicolacetate tablets.The rotative speed was 50 r/min and the dissolution medium was 200 ml of water.Results The linear range of the standard curve was 10-100 μg/ml,and the regression equation was Y=21 941X+9741.2,r^2=0.9999(n=3).The drug dissolution rate was over 90% at 30 min.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and specific for dissolution determination of 1′-acetoxychavicolacetate tablets.
