摘要
作者考察了在Ag-MoS_2复合材料中添加卤化银对材料电噪音和摩擦磨损性能的影响。电子显微镜和电子能谱仪的分析结果表明,卤化银的添加改善了材料在摩擦过程中的接触状态,抑制了MoS_2的氧化,从而降低了材料的电噪音和提高了材料的耐磨性。
The effect of silver halides added in Ag-MoS2 composite materials on the electric noise and tribological properties of the materials are investigated.The functions of silver halides are analysed by means of scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) and X-ray pho toelectron spectroscopy (XPS ) . The results show that the decrease of electric noise and the increase of wear resistance are due to the improvement of the contact state during friction and the decrease oxidation of MoS2 by addition of silver halides.
