摘要
分析了二元酸对己二酸生产过程的影响和影响系统中二元酸质量分数的主要因素,并结合长期生产实践,探讨如何利用正交试验有效控制系统中二元酸质量分数。结果表明,在达到预期效果的同时,降低了原料的单耗。
The effects of dibasic acid on the production process of adipate and the main factors affecting mass fraction of dibasic acid in the system were analyzed. The measures for effectively controlling mass fraction of dibasic acid in the system with orthogonal test were discussed connecting with the long - term production practice. Result showed that the unit consumption of raw material was reduced besides attaining the result respected.
