摘要
以青海豌豆为原料,采用正交试验法对豆渣中水溶性豌豆多糖的提取工艺进行研究.结果表明,豌豆多糖提取的最佳条件为提取温度80℃,固液比1∶10,提取时间4.5h×3.在最佳提取工艺条件下,豌豆多糖的提取率为48.67%.
The optimal condition for soluble peas polysaccharides has been studied by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that optimized conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides was obtained as follows:extraction temperature 80℃,solid-liquid ratio:1∶10,extraction tiom:4.5 hours,and the yield of polysaccharides were 48.67% in optimum extraction conditions.
