The System and Features of "Jiangsu Geography"

《江苏地理》是《中国区域地理》丛书中的一部份,也是江苏省乡土地理教学的主要教材.文章阐述了《江苏地理》教材"传承与发展相结合,指向区域经济社会需求"的编写思路和原则,以及打破以往区域地理教材"地理区位—自然地理—人文地理—主要区域介绍"的传统编写体系,构建"总论—分论—专论"的体系结构;论述了教材贯穿"人地和谐"思想,突出地区特色,突出研究性、时效性和可读性的鲜明特色;最后指出教材编写中注意的问题,以期为丛书中其他省区地理的编写提供参考.

＂Jiangsu Geography＂is one part of the series of ＂Regional Geography of China＂ and is the main material of Jiangsu Province native geography teaching.The article discusses the ideas and principles of the textbook which are the combination of inheritance and the development and pointing to regional economic and social needs,and constructs the system which is ＂general remarks-points – monograph＂.Besides,the paper discusses the thought of ＂people in Harmony＂ which runs through the whole book,highlights area features,research,timeliness,readability and other characteristic.Finally we point some problems needed to note during writing the book,in order to provide some reference for others who are writing other province geography.
