医患关系对医生的心理健康的影响

The Impact of Relationship between Doctors and Patients on Doctors' Mental Health

本研究试图了解综合医院医生心理健康状况与职业压力状况,特别是医患关系带来的职业压力所引起的心理问题.采用SCL-90和医患关系压力问卷(此问卷是在职业压力问卷的基础上添加一些条目形成的,前测结果良好)对114名医生进行调查,比较各因子分,并与医患关系良好程度作相关分析.结果发现,良好的医患关系有助于医生的心理健康,而不良的医患关系严重影响了医生的心理健康,从而大大削减了他们的工作效率.此外,性别和职称两个因素也对医生的心理健康状况有不同程度的影响.

This study works on the doctors＇ mental health status and occupational pressure status in polyclinic,especially the pressure resulted from the relationship between doctors and patients which may cause severe mental problem.This study uses SCL-90 and The pressure from doctors and patients＇ relationship questionnaire（An extended version of the occupational stress indicator（OSI）questionnaire was developed,ncorporating additional items based on the results of the qualitative part of the study,and on previous research findings in the same area.Analyses of the data demonstrated that,overall）investigate 114 doctors,comparing every item＇s scores and making correlated analyze with relationship.The results prove that good relationship with patients makes doctors＇ mental health while the bad influences badly.Furthermore,gender and professional titles affect doctors＇ psychological status in different degrees.
