摘要
提出了一种内调制红外探测器组件.它可将恒定入射的红外辐射信号转变为交变的电信号输出,而没有通常红外探测系统的调制盘等机械装置,可以简化探测系统,提高可靠性,有利于后级进行交流放大.初步测试表明,在约5μW红外辐射功率下,用MCT做探测单元的内调制红外探测器组件可输出峰值电压约65mV的交流电信号,其比探测率略高于为5×109cm·W(-1)s(-1/2)。
Intramodulated infrared detector has been developed. It can output an alternatedphotocurrent without any external chopper even the incident infrared radiation is a constant level.Therefore, it will simplify the measurement and detection condition, enhance the reliability and bepropitious to AC amplifier. The measurement shows that alternated out-signal achieved 65mV(peakto peak) while the incident infrared radiation is about 5 uW and D of the device is larger than5 × 10 9 cm·W-1's-1/2.
