稀缺性城市公共景观资源的保护及利用与城市现代服务业发展的关系研究初探

Research on the Relationship between the Protection and the Use of Scarcities Resources in Urban Public Landscape and Modern Service Industry

由我国城市经济转型和大城市现代服务业兴起的时代背景出发,从对稀缺性城市公共景观资源的保护及利用的角度阐释了城市公共景观资源对新一轮城市经济发展,尤其是现代服务业发展的意义,通过对稀缺性城市公共景观资源的属性及国外成功案例及国内现状的研究,指出了政府应当从调整土地出让制度、减少住宅形态的用地需求等五个方面制订必要的措施,对有限的稀缺性城市公共景观资源进行强有力的保护及利用,以期求得城市现代服务业的发展和在新一轮的城市竞争中能够胜出。

Through China＇s urban economic restructuring and the rise of major cities in the era of modern service industry background,from the scarcity of resources in urban public landscape protection and the use of the perspective of the urban public landscape resources of the new round of urban economic development,especially the modern service industry the significance of the development,through the scarcity of resources in urban public landscape attributes and the success of foreign and domestic status of the case study,pointing out that the government should adjust the land transfer system in order to reduce the demand for residential land use patterns in five areas such as developing the necessary measures to scarcity of limited resources for urban public landscape protection and the use of powerful,with a view to achieve the development of modern service industry city and to win in the new round of competition.
