应用Solidworks与ANSYS CFX软件对Ventex隔爆阀流道进行了三维实体建模和流体有限元分析,获得隔爆阀流道的流场分布规律和阀芯受力情况,从而为阀芯复位弹簧的选择提供依据。

Ventex valve fluid analysis is analyzed by Solidworks and ANSYS CFX,the distribution of pressure,velocity and Ventex valve disc＇s force caused by fluid are obtained through analyzing.According to these data,the back-moving spring＇s data is enough to design.
