摘要
本文完成了基于FPGA和单片机的四相步进电机细分驱动控制系统设计。利用FPGA产生的PWM细分驱动信号,结合STC89C52,实现了步进电机调速与正反转等功能。进行了PWM驱动信号仿真和样机控制系统测试,仿真及测试效果好,系统控制精确高,电机运行稳定,具有较好的实用价值。
A subdivision driver control system of four-phase stepper motor based on FPGA and single-chip processor is designed in this paper. Using the PWM subdivision drive signals generated by FPGA,combined with STC89C52,the functions of system such as speed regulation and direction control are realized. The simulation of PWM control signals and the test of system are done. The results of simulation and experiment show that the system is of better controlling precision and stabilization,and has preferable practical value.
