Design of UPS power supply for network management in CATV

介绍一种有线电视网管不间断电源（ＵＰＳ）的设计。这种ＵＰＳ电源采用微处理器智能测控技术，具有通信接口，通过网络监控中心的计算机可实现对整个ＣＡＴＶ网ＵＰＳ电源的网络化管理。采用这种ＵＰＳ电源可提高ＣＡＴＶ网的供电质量，确保ＣＡＴＶ信号传输的可靠性。

In this paper, a new kind of Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS) for CATV networks is presented. Thehigh--performance of this UPS system is achieved by adopting intelligent measurement and controlling techniques workscan be managed by the computer. Specially it has a communication interface and all UPSs in the CATV networks can bemanaged by the computer of management center. So the quality Of power supply to the networks can be improved greatlyand the reliability of CATV signal transmission can be guaranteed.
