血清CRP、FIB与非瓣膜性心房颤动的相关分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)与非瓣膜性心房颤动的关系。方法应用速率散射比浊法定量测定105例非瓣膜性心房颤动(房颤组)患者和55例正常对照者(对照组)血清CRP、FIB浓度并进行比较;同时比较不同剂量的阿司匹林对其浓度变化的影响。结果房颤组CRP、FIB浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);中等剂量阿司匹林(150 mg/d)即可降低CRP浓度(P<0.05)。结论 CRP和FIB与炎症反应和房颤血栓前状态有关。
