2型糖尿病糖化血红蛋白及C-肽检测的临床价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和C-肽(C-P)检测在2型糖尿病(DM)中的临床意义和价值。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测151例DM患者的HbA1c,日立7020全自动生化分析仪检测空腹血糖(FBG),化学发光法检测C-P,并与115例健康体检者进行比较。结果 2型糖尿病组HbA1c和FBG明显高于对照组,FC-P和2 h FC-P低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HbA1c和C-P检测对2型糖尿病患者的诊断具有重要价值。
