云南省农业机械研究所根据多年来对旋耕刀的研究及推广应用,采用经验公式来进行旋耕刀侧切刃曲线的设计计算,设计出适合于中耕机旋耕作业要求的五种规格旋耕刀,满足在云南省多秸秆和绿肥等的粘重土壤田地旋耕作业的农艺要求,同时此种旋耕刀也能够应用于在云南省使用的微耕机和小型手扶拖拉机旋耕机对旋耕刀的使用要求。

This article have analysed rotary blade design method,based on the study and use of rotary blade for many years from Yunan Agrieultural Machinery Research Institute, Designed and calculated the edge-curve of rotary blade by empirical formula,designed five styles rotary hlade for cultivator meeting the requirement of rotary and agronomy in Yunnan heavy soil field with more grop residue and green manure.At the same time, the rotary blades can also be applied for use in micro-farming machine and small walking tractor rotary tillers in yunnan province.
